Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 19, 2026

Sourcy Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates Blueprint by Sourcy, a project management platform for architecture and engineering firms, accessible at https://blueprintbysourcy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. By accessing or using Blueprint by Sourcy, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you register an account, create or manage projects, invite team members, or communicate through the platform. This includes your name, email address, phone number, job title, and any content you upload or enter into the platform such as project files, notes, and messages.

We also collect information automatically when you use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. If you connect a third-party service such as Google Drive or Google Calendar, we receive the access tokens and account identifiers necessary to perform that integration on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Blueprint by Sourcy; to process transactions and send related information; to send administrative messages, security alerts, and support communications; to respond to your comments and questions; and to monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience. We may also use your information to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with advertising networks.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and authentication services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and in accordance with applicable law.

Within a firm account, information you submit — including your name, email, and activity — is visible to other members of your firm as appropriate for collaboration. Firm administrators have elevated access to firm-level data within their own organization.

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sourcy Inc., our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Blueprint by Sourcy offers optional integrations with Google Workspace services (Google Drive and Google Calendar). When you connect these services, you authorize us to access and interact with your Google account data solely to perform the integration features you have enabled. You may revoke this access at any time from your Account Settings or directly through your Google account permissions. Our use of Google user data is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated session and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using certain features of the platform.

8. Children's Privacy

Blueprint by Sourcy is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may update most of your information directly within your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to exercise any other data rights, please contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Blueprint by Sourcy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
