Common questions

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any team member at your firm — architects, engineers, project managers, admins. Clients you invite to the client portal do not count as seats and are always free.

Can I change my seat count?

Yes. Add or remove seats at any time from your Firm Settings page. Billing adjusts automatically on your next invoice — additions are prorated, removals take effect at the end of the billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — new firms get a free trial period to explore Blueprint before any billing begins. No credit card required to start.

What happens if a payment fails?

We'll notify you immediately. Your account enters a 7-day grace period during which everything remains fully accessible. After 7 days without resolution, the account moves to read-only mode until billing is updated.

Can clients see my billing or team information?

Never. The client portal is completely isolated — clients only see their own projects, proposals, and messages. All billing, team management, and internal notes are invisible to them.

What is the Executive plan for?

Larger practices with 20+ staff, multiple offices, custom integration needs, or firms that want dedicated onboarding and a named account manager. We scope and price these engagements individually.
